Josephin Yole Signorelli In arte Fumettibrutti, born in Catania in 1991, is among the best authors of the Italian comic scene. With texts and drawings that tell the stories of his and his generation in an original and surprising way, he won the admiration of the public and the praise of the critics, not only comics. For Feltrinelli Comics has published the trilogy "Romanzo esplicito" (2018), "P. La mia adolescenza trans" (2019) and "Anestesia" (2020), the collection "Ogni giovedì una striscia" (2022) and the graphic novel from Francesco Piccolo’s novel, "La separazione del maschio" (2023). She wrote the screenplay for "CenerentolA" (drawings by Joe1) and was curator of the anthology "Sporchi e subito". 

Her stories are included in the "Post Pink anthologies. Feminist comic book anthology" (Feltrinelli 2019), "Data di nascita", edited by Teresa Ciabatti (Solferino 2022) and in "Cose spiegate bene: Questioni di un certo genere" by Il Post. His works have won several awards, including the Micheluzzi Award for Best First Work at the Napoli Comicon, the Cecchetto Award for Best Emerging Talent at the Treviso Comic Book Festival, award Romics Nuovi Talenti and the Gran Guinigi as best debut at Lucca Comics & Games. Collaborates with various magazines and cultural inserts. His most recent graphic novel is "Tutte le mie cose belle sono rifatte" (Feltrinelli, 2024).
