
Ratigher
Ratigher was born in 1978 and started writing, drawing and self-publishing comics in 1998. His work has appeared in several independent magazines such as Lamette, Nervi, Monipodio, Inguine, Vice Magazine, Hobby Comics and the monthly XL de La Repubblica. He was part of the group of cartoonists I Super Amici, together with Maicol&Mirco, Dottor Pira, Tuono Pettinato and LRNZ, with whom he created among other things PicNic, the first free press in comics, also covering the role of editor. He is the author of two cult works of Italian comics, Trama (2011) and Le ragazzine stanno perdendo il controllo, self-published with the method "Prima o mai" and winner in 2015 of the Micheluzzi and Boscarato Awards. He wrote some episodes of Dylan Dog and in 2016 he participated with a story to the anthology comic book La rabbia (Einaudi). He teaches at the IED in Rome. Since 2017 he has been editorial director of Coconino Press-Fandango, for which he has published the collection of short stories Fortezza Pterodattilo.
