Recreate the world of Jeeg and Goldrake

At Romics 2024, Luca Papeo will present a crossover that is highly anticipated by fans of Go Nagai: Jeeg vs Goldrake. The anime comic, made by Studio Itaca under official license Dynamic Planning and with the supervision of the famous mangaka finally sees the historic meeting between two of the most iconic Japanese robots. During the meeting, scheduled for Saturday 5 October from 17.15 at the Comics City room (Hall 7), Papeo will reveal exclusive details about the work, such as the plot, the characters involved and the artistic style.
But the event does not stop there: Luca Papeo will also hold a workshop, on Friday 4 October at 17.00 at the Pad. 5 Movie Village. The author will draw live, explaining techniques and processes he used to bring back the legendary robotic heroes, with a deep look at the challenges encountered during the realization. In addition, an exclusive for fans will be the poster of Jeeg vs Goldrake, available in only 30 numbered copies signed by Luca Papeo.
