Cosplayers from all over Italy are called to compete on the stage of Romics showing their art and performing to the sound of costumes and shows.
Thousands of people for many years come together giving life to their most fantastic and precious creativity: it is the art of cosplay, a wonderful hobby born in Japan and soon spread around the world that allows fans to become their favorite superhero, play the most daring heroines of video games or turn into the worst of the manga universe.
In everyday life they are people like many others, but as fairs and theme conventions take place they are transformed with surprising dexterity into heroes and protagonists of films, video games, comics and cartoons. The goal is to remain as faithful as possible to the character interpreted in all respects, packaging the simplest costume or the most complicated armor until a staging worthy of a real show.
Romics for over fifteen years is the reference festival of the cosplay world and hosts in a mega hall with over 10,000 seats the Romics Cosplay Award that, during the XXXI edition will offer the opportunity to participate in the international selections for the World Cosplay Summit 2024 in Nagoya - Japan. An opportunity not to be missed for all fans!
