Sio is born at the age of six.

In the school years invents the man Scottecs, opens the comic blog "Scottecs Comics" in 2006, starts to publish for Shockdom, makes cartoons and music on the YouTube channel"Scottecs", with 2.3 million subscribers. He wrote screenplays for Mickey. With Shockdom publishes quarterly magazines of comics ScottecsMegazine and Evviva, and the annual collections Evviva that beautiful! , who collect the strips that he publishes every day online. With Feltrinelli he publishes Storiemigranti together with Nicola Bernardi and two volumes written with Tito Faraci. He wrote a Grouchino for Bonelli and two Johnnyfer Jaypegg for Panini. With Franco Cosimo Panini since 2017 he publishes every year the sComix agenda. He won a Boscarato award in 2018, two Gran Guinigi awards in 2019 and 2021 and a Diversity Award in 2022. He wrote and drew the cartoons that appear on the ice cream "Cucciolone". Nel 2022 ha fondato la casa editrice “Gigaciao” con Davide “Dado” Caporali, Giacomo “Keison” Bevilacqua e Francesca “Fraffrog” Presentini.
