Drawing workshop with Marco Gervasio

A special opportunity for all comics fans: Romics hosts the Drawing Workshop with Marco Gervasio, a meeting dedicated to drawing and visual storytelling that will allow participants to explore the creative process of one of Italy's most important Disney authors.

The workshop is designed for enthusiasts, curious and aspiring cartoonists, of all experience levels. Guided by Gervasio, participants will discover techniques, tips, and approaches to drawing, getting to the heart of the work of an author who has been chronicling the world of ducks in a personal and recognizable style for years. Author, illustrator and screenwriter for Topolino, Gervasio is the creator of the series Le strabilianti imprese di Fantomius, dedicated to the gentleman thief who inspired Paperinik. 

Over the course of his career, he has written numerous stories dedicated to the most beloved characters in the Disney universe, including Donald Duck, Uncle Scrooge, and Paperinik himself, helping to renew his narrative imagination. A teacher at Scuola Romana dei Fumetti, he will bring his experience as an author and teacher to the workshop, offering participants the opportunity to directly engage with his working method.
