After attending the International School of Comics, she made her professional debut in 2006 in the USA with IDW Publishing (Star Trek, Ghost Whisperer, Angel, Doctor Who, X-files). She has published with Marvel (Red Hulk), Image (Hack/Slash), Boom! Studios (Suicide Risk, by Mike Carey, published in Italy by Bao Publishing), Titan Comics (Doctor Who, The Tenth Doctor), DC Comics (Vigilante:Southland, Batgirl, Catwoman, Wonderwoman) With the Black Widow series for Marvel, with scripts by Kelly Thompson and colors by Jordie Bellaire, she won the 2021 Eisner Award for Best New Series. It was a member of the Marvel Stormbreakers 2023 class and artist of the new Blade series. While still working with Marvel, she is also a regular cover artist for Bugs Comics on Kalya's fantasy series and teaches at Scuola Romana del Fumetto.
