In the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, she held key roles in strategic planning, innovation, and organization, and was CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione.
He is currently responsible for the Relations with National and International Universities and Schools Group and promotes programs on transformative trends, such as Blue Economy, Life Sciences, Space Economy, and demography, promoting education programs for young students. 
Over the past year, she has launched the Build Your Future Program, which has met in person with 40,000 female and male students across the country, in more than 40 stages designed in collaboration with Italy's leading universities to inspire them on the key transformative trends in the economy and society and on key skills in an ever-changing and rapidly changing labor market.
