In 1999 he founded with Ivan Talarico the theatre company DoppioSenso Unico, with which he writes and stages performances such as "La variante E.K.", "gU.F.O." and "Operamolla", trilogy based on the collection of short stories "Niente di nuovo sotto il suolo", published by Edizioni in 2024.
He has collaborated with numerous print and web film critics: from Taxidrivers to Splatter.
In 2010 he founded InGenereCinema.com, the Journal of Horror Cinema and Culture, the Fantastic, the Bizarre and the Extraordinary, which he still runs.
He writes the scripts for some short films, awarded in Italian and foreign festivals. Among these "Versipellis" produced by Revok Film.
He has written essays dedicated to horror cinema published by Eus Edizioni, UniversItalia, Edizioni "Il Foglio" and Bakemono Lab.
He works with Bugs Comics as a screenwriter and editor for the comic books "Mostri", "Alieni" and "Gangster".
In 2016 he writes and directs with Marcello Rossi the documentary "Dylan Dog - 30 years of nightmares", produced by Studio Universal in collaboration with Sergio Bonelli Editore.
Since 2012 he is part of the organizing staff of the Fantafestival, the longest-running Italian festival dedicated to fantastic cinema and from 2020 he is part of the editorial board of Heroes International Film Festival.
Between 2019 and 2023 he created and wrote the episode format "Il Giro dell'Horror", a docuserie dedicated to horror made in Italy distributed by Weird Book.
In 2022 he published for Bakemono Lab his first horror novel for boys, "Denti da Latte – Una storia di Vampiri cattivi cattivi" and in 2024 the second chapter of the saga, "Solo Ossa".
