His unique worldview and artistic abilities have made him a highly sought-after cartoonist, character designer, and illustrator.
To date Otto has worked in Marvel Comics - (Hawkeye) - Disney Publishing, DC Comics - where his work on the series “Green Arrow” has earned him acclaim from both critics and audiences - and a myriad of other projects.  Since 2021, he has been working on DC Comics' maxi series "DC vs. "Vampire."
In 2022, his character design for the Warner Bros. Animation animated film "The Long Halloween Part One" earned him an “Annie Award” nomination for Best Character Designer.
