Born in 1971, she was born in Milan but has made Brescia her home, and currently lives in Verona with her partner, three daughters, and two dogs. A writer and comic book scriptwriter, she has been writing “Dylan Dog” for Sergio Bonelli Editore since 1999, in addition to contributing to several other comic book series, including “10 ottobre.” She has published the following works with Rizzoli: “Bilico” (2006), “Mani nude” (2008, winner of the Scerbanenco Prize, which was adapted into the film of the same name by Mauro Mancini, starring Alessandro Gassmann and Francesco Gheghi), and “Il filo rosso” (2010). With Edizioni Piemme, he published “Non ti faccio niente” (2017), the trilogy “Io so chi sei” (2018), “Zoo” (2019), and “Vengo a prenderti” (2020), followed by “L’ultimo ospite” (2021), “La cattiva strada” (2022), and “Il dono” (2023). In 2024, she joined the Neri Pozza imprint with "La Torre d’Avorio", followed in 2025 by "Cuore capovolto". Since 2019, she has also collaborated with "Il battello a vapore", writing books for children and young adults, and has been publishing the "Villa Ombrosa" series since 2025. In 2009, he wrote the TV miniseries “Nel nome del male” for Sky.
