Regione Lazio – Expression of Interest for Participation in Romics
The Regione Lazio, through Lazio Innova and the Camera di Commercio di Roma, with the support of the Azienda Speciale Sviluppo e Territorio, is selecting 34 companies to participate in the 37th edition of Romics, scheduled to take place from 1 to 4 October 2026 at Fiera Roma.
The participation of 14 of the 34 selected companies is supported through funding from the Lazio ERDF Regional Programme (PR FESR Lazio 2021–2027), while the participation of the remaining 20 companies is financed by the Camera di Commercio di Roma.
Each participating company will be provided with a 12 sq. m. exhibition stand, equipped as follows:
- Perimeter walls
- Carpet flooring
- 2 kW electrical connection
- Electrical system
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- Fascia panel displaying the company name and the logos of the institutional partners
- 1 parking pass
- 4 exhibitor badges
- Insurance coverage
Companies interested in joining the regional collective exhibition must complete the required application procedures no later than 10:00 a.m. on 17 July 2026. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the application being deemed inadmissible.
