Stefano Bessoni - Illustration, Animation, and Cinema

A transdisciplinary journey and reading that follows Stefano Bessoni's career and imagination, from his publishing work to directing live-action and stop-motion animated films, and to his illustrated works and exhibitions dedicated to the great masters who inspired him over time, first and foremost Tim Burton and Peter Greenaway. Original illustrations and prints, working materials, and video and short contributions are presented alongside the sketches and puppets used in stop-motion work.
