Veronica Civiero is an entrepreneur, lecturer and consultant in the fields of digital transformation, social media and artificial intelligence. She teaches Social Media at Luiss Business School and is a TEDx speaker.
She worked for some of the leading multinationals in the consumer goods sector — including L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble — before joining Meta, where she helped develop digital strategies for companies and institutions, gaining an insider’s view of the mechanisms governing the world’s most widely used platforms. Following that experience, she founded DELIVERA, a consultancy firm that supports public and private organisations through their digital transformation processes.
In 2022, she was named by Fortune Italia in its 40 Under 40 list.
She completed a Master’s degree in Social Media Addiction during her teenage years at the Minotauro School of Specialisation in Psychotherapy — one of the few programmes in Italy that addresses the subject with clinical and scientific rigour.
