Vittorio Pavoncello, director, writer, playwright, and visual artist, was born in Rome on June 10, 1958; he lives in Rome. He has made theatre performances, films and exhibitions. Founder of Kavvana Jewish Theatre and ArtEcò (art and ecology). Committed to the defense of human rights, he wrote “Il Nuovo Pianeta” in collaboration with the composer Lucio Gregoretti, on the death penalty performed at the Flavio Colosseo Amphitheater, organized the exhibition of engravings “Kindertotentbilder” on the theme of pedophilia and violence against minors and “Women in selfie”, with a group of Ukrainian refugees. He is the author of essays and novels for All Around where he directs the Stati generali della memoria series.
