Jérémie Almanza was born in Besançon in 1982. After graduating from high school, he studied economics. He then dropped out to draw his first comic, Aristide broiedu noir, in 2008. Eco followed in 2009, Coeur de pierre in 2013 and Pinocchio in 2015.
