Kristian Sensini

Kristian Sensini composer has collaborated with innovative directors, who have enriched his portfolio with animated films, television series, independent films and documentaries. His collaboration with the famous filmmaker Signe Baumane (member of the Academy) has produced acclaimed animated works, such as "Rocks in My Pockets" and "My Love Affair With Marriage", both running for Oscars in several years, awarded at international festivals such as Annecy, and nominated for the European Film Awards. For television, he composed the soundtrack of the sixth season of "Provaci Ancora Prof" (music by Sensini and Pino Donaggio).

He has been nominated twice for the Hollywood Music in Media Awards and received ten nominations at the Jerry Goldsmith Awards, winning the ColonneSonore Award for his music in "Rocks in My Pockets". Currently he teaches at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and the University of Macerata. He had the honor of studying with great masters such as Ennio Morricone, Ludovic Bource and Hans Zimmer. He is a member of the board of ACMF (Association of Composers of Music for Film), the European Film Academy and the Recording Academy (Grammy).
