Manuela Cenciarelli started sher career as a singer, together with her twin sister Maura.
' It’s the solo voice of historic children’s songs like "Ci vuole un fiore" or "Jhonny il bassotto" that records with the chorus of "I Nostri Figli" along with other famous TV songs such as Ape Magà and Belle e Sebastien.
At the age of 12, she began her journey in the world of dubbing, becoming the official Italian voice of Princess Jasmine of the colossal Disney Alladin, but lending her voice to numerous characters from the animated world such as Kayley in "La spada magica - Alla ricerca di Camelot", "The Lion King II/The Kingdom of Simba", Tuptim in "The King and I". For the cinema he voiced Nicholle Tom in "Beethoven 2", Meredith Braun in "Festa in casa Muppet" and Amy Locane in "Cry-Baby".

After graduating in Economics and Business, she left voice acting to pursue a career in the world of communication where she worked intensively for over 20 years.
Since 2019 she has returned to the world of dubbing as director of dubbing documentaries and serial products.
Her documentary direction: "White Hot - The rise and fall of Abercrombie & Fitch", "Our Father", "Mountain Queen: the climb of Lhakpa Sherpa", "Los niños perdidos - 40 days in the forest", "Don’t Die - L'uomo che vuole vivere per sempre",  "Conversations with a killer: the case of Gaby", "Conversations with a killer: the case of Dahmer", "The Man with 1000 Kids", "This is the Zodiac Speaking - Letters from a serial killer". Among the various reality: Love is Blind reached the eighth edition, the Korean reality game The Devil’s Plan, Is it Cake/Dolci impossibili (hosted by Mikey Day), Fashion and "Georgina" the wife of Cristiano Ronaldo.
He also directed the Brazilian miniseries "I quattro della Candelária" and the thriller series "Accused" (year 2024).
