Stefano Benassi
Stefano Benassi, born in 1957, is an Italian voice actor, dubbing director, and actor among the most authoritative and recognizable voices on the contemporary scene. A graduate in nuclear engineering, he built a long career in dubbing, becoming the Italian voice of numerous iconic actors and characters from cinema, TV series, and animation.
He is best known for voicing Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd in “Grey's Anatomy” and Kyle MacLachlan as Dale Cooper in “Twin Peaks”. He also provided the voice of Christoph Waltz in films such as “Inglourious Basterds” and “Django Unchained”, as well as in the “James Bond Spectre” and “No Time to Die” saga.
Throughout his career he has also voiced actors such as Colin Firth, Martin Sheen, Robert Downey Jr., Gary Oldman, Gerard Butler and Jim Carrey, demonstrating great versatility as an actor.
